Welcome to Signed Docs Republic (“we”, “our”, “the site”). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The short version
- The site is provided “as is” and free to use. We are not your lawyer, accountant, or insurance adviser.
- Our tools run in your browser; your documents and data stay on your device unless you send them to one of our AI features.
- Don’t use the tools for anything unlawful, and don’t feed them sensitive personal data.
Using the tools
All free tools (PDF tools, generators, calculators, signature capture, and similar) run entirely in your browser. Files you process are not uploaded to our servers. No account is required.
Some features do send text to our servers and to a third-party AI provider (DeepSeek V4 Flash): the AI Coach and the AI Proposal writer. See our AI Disclosure and Privacy Policy for exactly what is sent, what is stored, and how it is handled.
No professional advice
Documents generated by our contract generator, proposals written by the AI Proposal writer, and feedback from the AI Coach are not legal, financial, or professional advice. Drafts can contain errors, omit clauses, or be unsuitable for your situation. Review everything carefully and, where it matters, consult a qualified professional (e.g. a lawyer or accountant).
AI-generated content
AI-generated proposals and coach responses are produced by a large language model and may contain mistakes, outdated information, or inaccurate claims. You are responsible for checking any AI output before you use or send it. Output is labelled “AI-generated” where we can mark it.
Acceptable use
- Use the site legally and don’t try to break, overload, or abuse it.
- Don’t enter sensitive personal data (health, financial account details, ID numbers, etc.) into AI features.
- Don’t use the tools to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.
- Don’t scrape or resell site content without permission.
Accounts & content
Where optional accounts exist (for coach progress and similar), you are responsible for keeping your login safe and for the content you submit. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Third-party links & affiliate disclosure
The site links to third-party services (e.g. insurers, marketplaces). Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Some links are affiliate links — if you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Availability & liability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we make no guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signed Docs Republic is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, its tools, or AI output — including lost opportunities from a proposal or document you generate here.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
